Viability of Aeromonas hyrdophila on Glycerol Broth during Freezing
Aeromonas Hydrophyla is one of the bactery that damage the cultivation of fish. Storage / preserving collection of bactery is
very inportant, particularly of strain standard is used in diagnose a fish
disease. The purpose of this experiment is to know the concentration of
preserving media effective and efficient from storage A. hydrophila in the freezer -20˚C for 4 months. The design of
experiment that used is complete random design (RAL) with treatment and each
treatment repeated for 4 times. Whole treatment will be saved on freezer -20˚C
and to do observation data of density population week in 0, 2, 4, 8, 12 and 16.
The data of density population is used as parameter viability (%) then it is
analyzed by using variable analysis (ANOVA) and if there is real different,
will be done the next experiment use meters DUNCAN (Steel & Torrie, 1995).
The parameter addition eyes in qualitative is test biochymis reaction and
morfologi. The variable analysis ANOVA result shows that viability (%) A. hydrophyla week in 2, 8 and 16 occur
a market difference (p<0 20="" 25="" 30="" 35="" a="" and="" as="" bacteria="" be="" biochymis="" compared="" concentration="" for="" glierol="" gliserol="" have="" high="" i="" indicating="" is="" it="" level="" mentioned="" morfologi="" of="" reaction="" result="" style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;" test="" that="" the="" to="" treatment="" true="" viability="">A.
